I understand that any misrepresentations, falsifications, or omissions on this application can be grounds for immediate denial or my appointment or removal from consideration or, if I have entered into a contract with this company, for immediate termination of that contract. Confidentiality Agreement

I understand & acknowledge that I shall not during, or at any time after the termination contract with Caribbica Soul, LLC use for myself or others, or disclose or divulge to others including future worker/contractors, any trade secrets, marketing, customer information, price-list, merchandising, techniques/recipes, financial statements, confidential information, or any other proprietary data of the (Caribbica Soul) Company in violation of this agreement.
